How can you safe time, effort and money when you sell your house? Perhaps by practicing a little bit from the ancient art of Feng Shui.
1) Go Outside: Step outside and look at your property from a distance, or better, do it with a friend who has not seen the property for a while and jot down their first impressions. Don't be defensive. The more open you are to their feedback, the better you will present your home to be warm and inviting. Take their observations and implement what will help make your property more appealing to the prospective buyers.
2) Focus on Fresh: Fresh green landscape, paint, lighting makes a home more inviting. So, look at your home and figure out how to make it more fresh and green. What can you do to make your house fresh to the prospective buyer?
3) Good Energy in the Home: The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all focal points for prospective buyers. Buyers want a home where they will sleep, eat and live well, so focus on these areas when preparing a home for sale. Think of ways to make the buyer feel they will sleep better, eat easier and well, and enjoy a better live in the home you are selling.
